Massage therapy & bodywork services in Naples, Florida

Every session here is built around one question: what is your body actually asking for? Some clients arrive with pain that has outlasted physical therapy. Some arrive off the golf course. Some just need an hour of quiet. Start with what brought you in — we'll match you to the right therapist and the right technique from there.

Before you book

Common questions about our Naples services

Which massage should I book if I'm not sure?

Start with what brought you in rather than the technique name. If you're dealing with pain, restricted movement or an old injury, book from the pain relief and medical massage group. If you're active and want to keep your range of motion, start with sports massage. If you want to unwind, start with Swedish or Body Wellness. Your therapist will adjust the approach once they've assessed you.

What's the difference between deep tissue and medical massage?

Deep tissue describes the pressure and depth of the work. Medical massage describes the intent: a session organized around a specific problem area, with techniques selected to address it. A medical massage session may use deep tissue work, but it may also use myofascial, neuromuscular or myoskeletal techniques depending on what your body needs.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Not usually. But if you're currently under a doctor's care, we strongly recommend getting a written recommendation for massage or bodywork before your session — and depending on the condition, your doctor's approval may be required. Tell your therapist about any health conditions or medications before you begin.

Do you offer acupuncture in Naples?

Yes. Acupuncture is provided by Dr. Meg Cowens, AP, DACM, a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine licensed in Florida. You can book acupuncture on its own, or book Acupuncture with Bodywork to combine it with hands-on therapeutic work in a single session.

Can I combine more than one service in one appointment?

Often, yes. Techniques like cupping, gua sha, MPS Dolphin Therapy and assisted stretching are regularly folded into a bodywork session, and the three session enhancements are designed to be added on. Mention what you'd like when you book so we can allow enough time.
